Mr. Bray

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services if she will publish in the OFFICIAL REPORT a list of the responsibilities of Ministers in her Department.

I am assisted in my Departmental duties as follows. My hon. Friend the Member for Rotherham (Mr. O'Malley), the Minister of State, will deal with social security and will take a particular interest in the development of longterm pension arrangements and industrial injuries.

My hon. Friend the Member for Plymouth, Devonport (Dr. Owen) will deal with matters on health and personal social services with the exception of disablement.

My hon. Friend the Member for Newcastle-upon-Tyne, West (Mr. Brown) will deal with social security and will take a particular interest in war pensions, homelessness and matters, affecting departmental staff.

My hon. Friend the Member for Manchester, Wythenshawe (Mr. Morris) will deal with matters concerning the disabled citizens arising in the Department. He will also be available for consultation by other Government Departments on the improvements of facilities for disabled people.
