§ Mr. DellThe Government will keep the structure and levels of interest rates under close review. My right hon. Friend made it clear in the Budget speech that it is his aim to reduce rates as soon as it is feasible but that this depends on achieving a number of things both domestically and internationally. This is not really an appropriate subject for a Green Paper.
