§ Mr. Alfred MorrisThe question of a petrol allowance for disabled drivers is dealt with in Lady Sharp's Report on the Mobility of Physically Disabled People. It will therefore be considered along with the other issues raised by the report in the light of my consultations with representatives of disabled people.
