Mr. Stanbrookasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science if he will publish a table showing the number of unqualified teachers employed during the last three years by each local education authority in England and Wales, giving details of part-time and full-time employment and whether these teachers were employed in primary, secondary or special schools.
