§ Mr. Rifkindasked the Secretary of State for Scotland when it will be possible to give approval to the design and cost scheme for the proposed Wester Hailes secondary school submitted by Edinburgh Corporation.
§ Mr. William RossApproval will be considered after the expiry on 6th April of the period in which the public may submit comments on the proposed development to Edinburgh Corporation as planning authority.
