§ Mr. Fauldsasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will review the requirement that the national museums and galleries should meet the cost of the transfer valuation of any work of art received in satisfaction of estate duties when the cost is less than 25 per cent. of the annual purchase grant of the national institution concerned.
