Mr. Wigleyasked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will take appropriate action to set up a National Development Authority for Wales to initiate and coordinate economic development throughout the country, backed with an investment fund, for use in the establishment of economic growth centres.
§ Mr. John MorrisNo. I am responsible for the co-ordination of economic and other forms of development in the Principality and I see no need to establish a separate National Development Authority.
