§ Mr. Dudley SmithOn 8th October the rates were 3.4 per cent. for Aberystwyth, 4.7 per cent. for Cardigan and 7.3 per cent. for Lampeter and Llan-dyssul. Rates of unemployment can be calculated for the Lampeter and Llan-dyssul travel-to-work area as a whole but not separately for its constituent parts. The figures are provisional.
