§ Mr. David Priceasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer to what date proposals for modifying the conditions set out in Command Paper No. 5444 with regard to stock options and share incentive schemes during stage 3 can be considered; and whether these proposals will be implemented by code, regulation or amending legislation.
