§ Mr. Sillarsasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will publish figures showing the total grain crop consumption in the United Kingdom today, and 10 years ago, and if he will show how this compares with the total consumption over the same period in the United States, South America, the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, the Indian sub-continent, the whole of Africa, South-East Asia and China.
