The Solicitor-GeneralThe Lord Chancellor's Legal Aid Advisory Committee is considering the question of the desirability of extending legal aid for representation before some or all of the tribunals under the supervision of the Council on Tribunals; this includes Social Security Appeals Tribunals. The Committee expects to report in the New Year.
