Her Majesty's Government's primary objective is, through its membership of international aid organisations and in its 118W bilateral aid relationships, to contribute to the economic and social development of the developing countries, particularly those whose needs are greatest. It is our aim, by example and persuasion, to seek to influence other countries to direct their aid efforts towards similar objectives.
