Contingency plans for rationing include special arrangements to cover fishing boats using petrol. The owners of other petrol-fuelled boats will be able to apply for allocations.
§ Mr. Madelasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry whether he will introduce a Bill to amend the Fair Trading Act to establish that it is illegal for garages to display signs "Petrol, Regular Customers Only".
