§ Mr. GodberThe common agricultural policy accounts for just over 80 per cent. of the 1973 Community Budget. The United Kingdom contribution for 1973 is 8.78 per cent. The latest available information on expenditure in member states from the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund is for 1970 when the United Kingdom was not a member and is set out below :
