§ Mr. Elystan Morganasked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will arrange for a survey to be made showing both the current payments made by central Government to Wales and the contributions made by Wales to the central Exchequer.
§ Mr. Peter ThomasSurveys have been made in the past and shown that Wales has an overall deficit with the rest of the United Kingdom. I will bear in mind the hon. Member's suggestion of a further survey.
