§ Mr. Ian GilmourWe provide officers and Service men in their last year of service with an interest-free loan against 361W the terminal grant payable on retirement, to help them buy a house for their return to civilian life. We also encourage Service personnel to save money for house purchase during their time in the forces. And we are urgently considering further measures.
