§ Mr. Arthur Davidsonasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will introduce legislation to set up a fund from which small hoteliers can borrow to meet their obligations under the Fire Precautions Act 1971 at interest rates lower than those being charged by local authorities under the Fire Precautions (Loans) Act 1973.
