§ Mrs. Knightasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) if he will review the powers of entry to private property held by his officers under the Explosives Act 1875 and seek to revoke all that he considers are not necessary;
(2) if he will review the powers of entry to private property held by his officers under the Petroleum (Consolidation) Act 1928 and seek to revoke all that he considers are not necessary.
§ Mr. LaneThese powers will be reviewed in consequence of the forthcoming legislation on health and safety at work.
