Mr. Freeson

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs (1) if he will arrange to have placed in the House of Commons Library the minutes of the meeting of the Executive Commission of the EEC on 31st October 1973;

(2) if he will arrange to have published in the OFFICIAL REPORT the minutes of the meeting of the Executive Commission of the EEC on 31st October 1973.
