§ Mr. Martenasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will give the dates of all the various meetings of the EEC Council of Ministers in November together with the likely subjects on the agenda and the subjects which Her Majesty's Government would like to discuss at those meetings.
§ Mr. John DaviesI would draw my hon. Friend's attention to the estimate of subject headings likely to come up for discussion in the Council in November which was placed in the Vote Office on 29th October.
