§ Mr. Meacherasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he is aware that some hospitals keep blacklists of former patients whom they will agree to accept for further treatment only if they are admitted on a compulsory order; and if he will name these hospitals; and what guidelines he proposes to issue regarding such practices.
