§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry if he will take action against Company 386863, details of which have been supplied to him, which has not filed its returns since June 1969; and if he will give the number of such companies which are in arrears for four years with the filing of their returns at the latest most convenient stated date.
§ Sir G. HoweAnnual returns for 1970, 1971 and 1972 have been filed. The answer to the second part of the Question cannot at this stage be given without undue expense. This should no longer be a 163W difficulty when the process of putting essential parts of the companies register on to a computer is completed, which I hope will be before the end of the year.
