§ Mr. Topeasked the Secretary of State for the Environment when he now expects to be able to announce his decision on the proposed improvements to the B283 in the London borough of Sutton.
§ Mr. SpeedThe Department and the Sutton Borough Council are together considering these proposals. It is hoped to say later this summer whether we are able to include this scheme in the principal road programme.
