§ Mr. Elystan Morganasked the Secretary of State for Wales if he has received any advice from the Welsh Council on the desirability of extending the authority of the Mid-Wales Development Corporation to include towns additional to Newtown, Montgomeryshire; and if so what decision if any he has come to on this matter.
