§ Mr. Elystan Morganasked the Secretary of State for Wales (1) if he will seek to ascertain the total sum that was allowed by housing authorities in Wales during the last 12 months to remain on mortgage on the sale of council houses;
(2) if he will seek to ascertain the total sum which within the last 12 months was loaned by housing authorities in Wales on the mortgage of council houses purchased by tenants.
