§ Mr. Chichester-ClarkThe levy rate in question, which applies to a number of other craftsmen in mechanical engineering services, was proposed by the training board as appropriate in relation to its training and financial policies. My right hon. Friend saw no reason not to accept the board's judgment. The rates of future levies will depend on what the board may propose and my right hon. Friend's view of its proposals.
