Between 1st April 1972 and 19th July 1972 three IDCs were issued for projects, estimated by the applicants to provide 640 jobs when completed and fully manned, in the employment exchange areas corresponding most closely to the five Ayrshire constituencies. It is not possible, for reasons of commercial confidentiality, to give the figures for each constituency.
