§ Mr. Graham PageThe Local Government Boundary Commission for England, as required by the Local Government Act 1972, made proposals to my right hon. and learned Friend for naming the districts of the non-metropolitan counties, including a name for the district denoted as Devon No. 4. My right hon. and learned Friend, having considered the proposals, gave effect to them without modifications, by order.
