§ Mr. Edwin Wainwrightasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry if he can now give the total cost of the building of the new prototype fast reactor at Dounreay and the expected date of completion.
§ Mr. EmeryThe present estimated capital cost to completion is about £43 million. Commissioning is in progress and it is expected that power will be raised by the end of the year.
