§ The Prime MinisterI was very glad to have the opportunity of entertaining the Kenyan Ministers during their recent visit. The official discussions were conducted principally by my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, who had a392W useful exchange of views with the Ministers on a wide range of international and bilateral issues.
