§ Mr. Elystan Morganasked the Secretary of State for Wales (1) to what extent the studies made by the Welsh Council of a development body to operate in Wales on the lines of the Scottish Highlands and Islands Development Board included a scrunity of how such would operate in relation to Great Britain's membership of the Common Market;
(2) what aspects of the Highlands and Islands Development Board's functions the Welsh Council has been studying.
