§ Mr. LaneThe activities of the United Kingdom Immigrants Advisory Service outside the United Kingdom are not 371W assisted from public funds, and my right hon. Friend has no ministerial responsibility for them. I suggest that my hon. Friend asks the director of the service for the information sought in the first and second parts of his Question.
I understand from my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs that there is no question of allowing the service to make use of the diplomatic bag.
