§ Mr. Elystan Morganasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry (1) if, in view of the nuisance already suffered by people living in the area on account of military aircraft training, he will rearrange the Concorde's flight path for future training runs so as to avoid any part of West Wales;
(2) if he will give an undertaking that future Concorde tests will not involve supersonic flying over Cardigan Bay.
§ Mr. OnslowNo. The west coast route was chosen for a limited number of special test flights because it offered the best combination of the essential technical and safety requirements with the need to minimise disturbance to the public.
