§ Mr. Greville Jannerasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what aspect of the problem of the need of the city of Leicester for assistance in connection with the problems raised by recent immigration was discussed during the meeting which took place between officials following upon the visit of the Under-Secretary of State to the Home Office to the city of Leicester; and what further discussions will be held.
§ Mr. LaneThe meeting already held was about a suggestion from the local authority for a research project. In discussions later this month officials of the Home Office and of the local authority will review the continuing assistance available to the city.
