Mrs. Sally Oppenheimasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will arrange for a test model of the embedded bars to be used on motorways to warn motorists of hazards, known as rolines, so that their practicality can be adequately tested under normal road conditions, in view of the endorsement that this device has received from police officers.
