§ Mr. St. John-StevasI cannot predict the incidence of future student demand college by college, but the polytechnics are planning on the basis of between 100,000 and 110,000 full-time and sandwich students by 1976–77 and 180,000 by 1981. Even a rough projection of part-time students eight years hence is not 85W possible, but might range between 75,000 and 85,000 by 1976–77.
