§ Mr. Kilfedderasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland whether he will give an assurance that, when firearms are called in for ballistic tests, the registered 47W owner will be allowed to remain at the place where the testing takes place in order to receive the firearm back again; and that no undue delay will occur.
