Walker-Smithasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will publish in the OFFICIAL REPORT a list, by reference to the electoral register of February 1973, of the 20 constituencies in England, with, respectively, the highest and lowest electorates, specifying same, and the number and per cent. by which each exceeds, or falls short of, as the case may be, the prescribed electoral quota of 64,000.
