§ Mr. Moateasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will make it his policy to issue in due course a comprehensive publication setting out the full and detailed proposals for the Maplin airport, seaport, the industrial area, the residential development and all the road and rail links, specifying the amount of investment involved, both public and private, and the relationship of the investment to the Government's regional policies and expenditure programme; and when he expects to be in a position to provide this information.
§ Mr. RipponI certainly intend to keep the House informed as and when appropriate. Meanwhile I have nothing to add at present to what I said about costs on 8th February in the Second Reading of the Maplin Development Bill.
