§ Mr. St. John-StevasLocal education authorities were not asked for full details of individual projects when they submitted their proposals for the special nursery education building programmes in 1974–76. The vast majority of their proposals are for nursery classes attached to primary schools. Only 138 have been received for separate nursery schools.
