§ 42. Mr. Harold Walkerasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will publish in the OFFICIAL REPORT the revised fees to be imposed by the General Nursing Council showing the percentage increase in each case; and if he consulted the Prices Commission before giving his approval.
§ Mr. AlisonI would refer the hon. Member to my reply to the hon. Member for Willesden, West (Mr. Pavitt) on 15th June. The increases fall within the provision of paragraph 98 of the Prices and Pay Code and no reference to the Prices Commission was therefore necessary.
