§ Mr. Peter WalkerThere is a close liaison on all matters of common interest. A special link now exists between Ministers in my Department and my noble Friend the Minister of State, Scottish Office, covering his North Sea responsibilities. My Department is represented on the task force of officials appointed to support him.
