§ 35. Mr. Whiteheadasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will now make a further statement on his 346W intentions with regard to the setting up of a review body for complaints against the police.
§ Mr. R. CarrDiscussions are proceeding with the police representative bodies on the best way of introducing an independent element into the complaints procedure. It remains my aim to report the outcome to the House by the end of the year.
