asked the Secretary of State for Employment if he is satisfied with the service offered by the Executiye Recruitment Service of his Department; and if he will make a statement.

Radical changes in operating methods and the introduction of a computer-assisted matching system have been made to this specialist employment service over the past 15 months. The programme of improvements was completed on 1st March 1973. I am satisfied that the service now has the potential to become a significant recruitment medium, widely used by both employers and those seeking appointments.
