Mr. Arthur Lewis

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services whether he has received the communication from the hon. Member for West Ham, North concerning a person who admits to certain irregularities in his conduct, and that he has been drawing £12–50 unemployment pay, although he is a single man; whether he has the requisite amount of contributions for benefit; whether he is willing, able and available for full employment; and, as he has publicly declared he has now got used to not working, whether he will take action to stop this man's allowances.
