§ Dr. David Owenasked the Secretary of State for the Environment what is the current estimated cost for the proposed rebuilding of facilities at the Royal Citadel, Plymouth; and when it is estimated that work might start.
§ Mr. ChannonThe current estimated cost is £1.5 million. The project is at present the subject of a feasibility study which has yet to be examined by the client department before detailed planning is put in hand.
It is not anticipated that work on site will commence in the near future.
