§ Mr. Meacherasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what is the current total annual income of occupational pension schemes and what were the corresponding totals for each year since 1960; what is the current income derived from investment and what it was for each year since 1960; what is the current level of annual tax relief to members of occupational pension schemes; what it has been for each year since 1960; and how this tax relief is currently distributed by income level.
