§ Dame Joan Vickersasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what progress is being made in implementing the Commonwealth Youth Programme endorsed at the meeting of Commonwealth Youth Ministers in Lusaka in February 1973.
§ Mr. WoodI expect the programme to be in full operation very soon. Subject to parliamentary approval, I shall provide up to £15,000 as an advance to the Commonwealth Secretariat to cover the initial administrative and legal work involved.
