§ Mr. Dalyellasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will now make a statement on Her Majesty's Government's policy towards the Oslo convention on the pollution of the North Sea.
§ Mr. Anthony StodartHer Majesty's Government will ratify the Oslo convention when legislation has been introduced and enacted. In the meantime we have played a major role in the preparatory discussions which have taken place. The Government look forward to playing their full part in the work of the convention when it comes into force.
