§ Mr. George Cunninghamasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will list all payments of aid funds released to the Government of Uganda from 1st April to 30th June 1973, stating the date on which each release of funds took place and the purpose to which the money was to be applied.
